This has been a while coming. Makeine made a pretty strong impact on me. I was in the throes of a horrible breakup at the time. I still kind of am, but there’s a certain feeling the series captured well.

I wanted to capture that odd sunny defiance as best I could in the english translation I made. Hopefully I did? The video editing was done in just a few days, but to be frank this whole thing was just translating the song lyrics for fun.
